YOGAPL3Y is a physical literacy, mindfulness & social-emotional learning program where kids PLAY with yoga poses, movement and breath. Participants build flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and focus. Age groups are broken up into junior (3-5) and school-aged (6-12) Please note that 5 year olds who are currently enrolled in kindergarten will likely prefer the 6-12 year old class!
